Each level will have it's own buildings and each other will have the same buildings and several other. The old building will need to be upgraded because the structure of the buildings will be changed in every level. If player wants to level up his kingdom he will need to build specific buildings. When player wants to level up his kingdom he will have to pay Kingdom Level Cost + Each Building Upgrade Cost.
